Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details. This adult class offers a well rounded approach to strengthening your mind, body, and soul. You'll engage in a mix of weightlifting, stretching, and cardio exercises designed to improve both physical fitness and mental well being. Additional:Activities learned in class will be friendly enough for you to do at home in between classes. We believe in adaptive fitness so there is no hard requirement as such.
