Using a mix of active and passive stretching, mobility drills, and deep breathwork, we’ll target hips, hamstrings, hip flexors, back, and shoulders—all the spots pole dancers need the most love. We keep it juicy, intentional, and just the right amount of spicy. Whether you're looking to nail your splits, float into handstands, or simply feel more connected to your body, this class is your weekly reset. No flexy background needed.
