Build lean, gorgeous muscles and rev up your metabolism in Total Strength class. These classes will primarily focus on the use of resistance equipment including bars, steps and dumbbells to tone and tighten everywhere! Class participation requires recreation center membership or purchase of day pass. *RESERVATION POLICY: Those with a reservation must be present in the classroom or reservation line at least 5 minutes before class starts to secure their spot. If you cannot attend class, you will need to cancel your booking or remove yourself from the waitlist 24 hours in advance to class time.
