
Chill AF Flow
This class is chill AF. Class will begin with pranayama to help quiet and focus the mind, followed by a slow, calm, and intentional asana sequence. The class moves progressively as we ease into increasingly deeper variations that will leave your body feeling open and refreshed. We will spend a little extra time lingering in postures that address common problem areas like hips, hammies, and shoulders. Remember, chill doesn't necessarily mean easy - you will be encouraged to find inspiration, move intuitively, and take your practice where you want, whether that means child's pose or handstand. Throughout the class, you will be prompted with cues to utilize the breath in order to find proper alignment, allowing you to relax and soften into each posture so you can effortlessly drop in, open up, and chill out. We will end with a guided breath meditation and savasana.
