( Must have previous Reformer experience) This class will include more contemporary intermediate to advanced level variations on the Reformer with the focus on balance , coordination and strength. YOU MUST have at least 3 years of regular Pilates experience and good balance to successfully take this class. ** NOT suited for Beginners, Prenatal , or anyone with an active injury .
