This class is a 50-minute class that combines a low-impact moderate cardio workout and a standing or seated muscle toning segment. Classes include cardio marching and step-touching patterns to fun music for memory building and heart and lung conditioning. Standing and seated muscle routines build muscle strength for normal daily activities, and provide beneficial balance and core strength. This is a functional Fitness class for Active Seniors.
