This is a tentative sub-activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official. This group is for those who practice or wish to learn Cheng Man Ch'ing's Tai Chi short form. We focus on the heath and martial aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. We are a full Tai Chi curriculum school within the CMC tradition, teaching the 37 movement short form, fixed and stepping push hands, two man practice sets, Da Lu and San Shou. Emphasis will be on developing root, Chi, internal strength, silk reeling energy and one's center. Attire: comfortable loose clothing and flat-bottomed shoes.
