Join us for our senior drop-in gym sessions every Tuesday and Thursday! This is a great opportunity for seniors to get some exercise in at their own pace! You can grab a yoga mat and do some stretches, get your steps in by walking around our gymnasium and do some light strength training by doing chair exercises with hand weights.
