This is a full body, low impact workout that uses high intensity interval training with Pilates-based principles to create the most effective workout for all levels. The heated room helps reduce stress, boost immune systems, and improve flexibility. Dumbbells and resistance bands are added to build strength and increase resistance. Please bring a mat, towel and water to class.
