Pilates Reformer (Level 1.5)
Our Pilates Group Reformer classes are a 50-minute full-body workout using a wide-range of spring resistance equipment, as well as weights, bands & other props. In our Level 1.5 class you'll focus on developing core strength, enhancing body awareness, engaging your body's kinetic chains, strengthening key muscle groups, and increasing your overall mobility & flexibility. Open to all levels, but prior Pilates (either mat or Reformer) experience recommended.
