WHAT TO BRING: water and grip socks. Grip socks are available to purchase in-studio. ARRIVAL: If you are new, please arrive 10 minutes before class. Check-in at the front desk and inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries, questions, or specific moves you'd like to focus on. FULL BODY SCULPT is a 50-minute class designed with you in mind, offering a high-intensity, low-impact workout.
