55 Minutes All Levels Welcome All equipment Pilates classes are the second step in your Pilates journey, following the Free Pilates Intro Session offered to all new clients. This is a whole-body equipment Pilates class designed for all ages/levels, whether you’re trying Pilates for the first time or have been doing Pilates for years. Each class is different, with exercises targeting the abs, hips, glutes, legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, with periods of rest and assisted stretching. All Reformer Pilates classes can be used to rehabilitate injuries, increase core and functional strength, develop flexibility, and act as a complement to current exercise routines. This is a gentle yet effective workout that every BODY can do!
