PROPS SUCH AS THE PILATES RING, BOOTY BANDS, AND ANKLE WEIGHTS MAY ALSO BE USED TO ENHANCE OVERALL BURN. THIS IS AN OPEN LEVEL 45 MINUTE CLASS WITH MULTIPLE MODIFICATIONS AND PROGRESSIONS TO WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE.
