Get ready for a full-body burn that sculpts, strengthens, and leaves you glowing! 🔥 This low-impact, high-intensity workout will target your core, legs, and glutes through a series of dynamic movements designed to make you feel longer, leaner, and stronger than ever. You’ll use rings, blocks, bands, balls, and light weights in our infrared-heated studio (85°–95°) for the ultimate sweat session. ✨ Bonus: Every student will be entered into a raffle to win an AOXJOX workout set!
