End your weekend & start your week on the right foot with this unique Yoga Landing offering. Start with a strengthening breath centered Vinyasa flow and move into a wind down utilizing pranayama, meditation, yin & restorative postures. This class is sure to soothe not only the physical body but also the nervous system and will leave you feeling invigorated and ready for the week ahead. Like our standard Heated Vinyasa classes, the room will be heated to 90 degrees. All levels of students are welcome!
