This class safely introduces basic gymnastics balances, rolls, springs and rotations while also developing a dance foundation. Children improve motor skills and coordination in a playful atmosphere. Beginning dance moves help develop rhythm, spatial awareness and self-confidence. A variety of props add to the fun! Parents may stay for first 10 min of first class and are invited back at the end of program for a class demonstration.Suggested Attire: Comfortable clothes or leotards, tights and tutus.
