LIFT+SWEAT

LIFT is designed to help you discover the joy of being strong and the ways strength can help you live life to the fullest. The training program will utilize pushing, pulling, pressing variations, body weight training and other proven strategies to provide a full body training program that builds all aspects of fitness. Each workout will provide members with the option to customize a portion of the training to their needs and interests, while still ensuring the joy of community and working together. All members will have the option of using a straight bar or trap bar during a LIFT session. Coaches will provide bars as requested.
