This 45-minute virtual class is for training for a triathlon or training to feel strong, capable, and not wrecked by daily life. We’ll build strength and endurance that will carry over to swimming, biking, running, and everything else you do when you’re not training. Join one session or the series. Open to all levels. Equipment needed: a sturdy chair. Dumbbells optional, but recommended if you enjoy being challenged.
