*WARNING FLASHING LIGHTS* Bootcamp is supposed to be incredibly challenging, motivating, and a very uplifting atmosphere taking cues from the military and other police-type training. Exercisers are working on their own within the group of participants and are pushed beyond their limits to finish. Level 2: This class should be an approachable class for most fitness levels. Modifications can/will be given in certain instances but a basic understanding of fitness is expected. Exercises in a level two class could incorporate weights, floor work, jumping/bounding and would be suitable for the general healthy population. **By signing up for this class you are signing up to participate VIRTUALLY only. You will not have a spot in studio for this class**
