TOTAL BODY
This is a strength class focused on the TOTAL BODY. You'll focus on traditional lifts with accessory exercises designed to work multiple muscle groups. Programming will vary between heavy weights at low repetitions, or high repetitions at lower weights. Around 50% of the class will incorporate HIIT and movement training to compliment the strength training. TOTAL BODY days will target both UPPER BODY & LOWER BODY
