Train like an athlete with the Fieldhouse fitness program! Work with certified personal trainers to improve your agility, strength, speed, resistance, core, and balance through functional movement training in a multi station, high intensity interval workout! *LOCATION NOTE: All classes taught at The Fieldhouse are hosted at the Peaks Ice Arena (100 N Seven Peaks Blvd, Provo). Class requires recreation center membership or purchase of a day pass. No child watch available for Fieldhouse Fitness programs. See desk for details. *RESERVATION POLICY: Those with a reservation must be present in the classroom or reservation line at least 5 minutes before class starts to secure their spot. If you cannot attend class, you will need to cancel your booking or remove yourself from the waitlist 24 hours in advance to class time.
