LIFT+SWEAT

The group class you have been looking for! Everything you need in one uplifting hour. You will have the opportunity to use a variety of training tools including a barbell, a trap bar, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more. During the hour, we will warm up together, train together and finish together. We will use one training program, customized to each individual through appropriate regressions/progressions, guided by a coach, structured in a systemized way to help you get fitter and stronger. This high energy group class uses a variety of training tools to help you ramp up your strength and fitness and have a whole lot of fun along the way. Workouts change day to day and we mix up the movements, format and timing to keep training fun and exciting. You can count on a movement prep/mobility improving warm up, a fun and challenging total body workout, a series to get your blood pumping, and a cool down. Modifications for limitations and varying strength and fitness levels always provided. All levels welcome.
