*This class is the 60min Trampoline Camp option Trampoline Camp is a fun, new fitness format that can be very beneficial to many people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and ability levels. Trampolines absorb 80% of the shock that your body experiences and is easier on the body. Trampoline Classes are NOT just 60min of jumping on the tramp. In the Sunday class we will do some low-high impact cardio, safely, on the trampolines as well as some standing strength exercises with weights and/or resistance tubes and core exercises done laying on the trampoline (oh do you feel it!)! In the Tuesday class, we will do some low-high impact cardio, safely, on the trampolines as well as Rhythm Fit drumming with weighted drumsticks (off of the trampoline). Trampoline fitness classes are safe for many different people of different fitness levels, ages, and sizes. Those who would want to avoid Tramp Camp or trampoline fitness in general, are those with heart conditions and spinal fractures. If you have other serious health/medical conditions and/or concerns, you should consult with your doctor before participating in these types of classes. :)
