Join us in Studio 5 for SPRINT on our big screen TVs! Sign in at the front or back desk, then head up to Studio 5 and find a bike. Class is pre-recorded by Les Mills master trainers and will begin automatically on the TV at designated class time. LES MILLS SPRINT ™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
