The Springboard is a piece of Pilates equipment that uses springs and levers attached to a wall-mounted “springboard”. Spring tension is used to both challenge and give feedback to Pilates movements and is a great addition to the mat exercises. In this intimate class of 4, students will move through various classical and contemporary Pilates equipment exercises to create length, flexibility, and especially strength! Teachers may also incorporate and circuit students on other pieces of pilates equipment (reformer, chair, spine corrector, bosu).
