We practice the Ancient Chinese techniques to become healthy in our bodies, with our emotions and thoughts and to that part of us that is immortal and always healthy. Qigong consists of breath practices, meditation, slow stretching and strengthening forms and self applied massage. We practice balance in each class. Qigong helps to bring us peace of mind.
