This is open to people who have dragon boat paddling experience with a desire to grow your participation in the sport. We will begin with an orientation and provide an opportunity to steer a dragon boat on the Connecticut River. You will learn in a supportive environment with other experienced steerspersons and paddlers in the boat. This session is the beginning of the process to become a qualified steersperson at Riverfront Recapture, if you choose to pursue it further. Continuing steering opportunities will be offered during the times teams are practicing. There is no charge for this session, but registration is required. May 30, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
