Intermediate class for students with at least 4 years of ballet training. Two classes per week required; three classes recommended. All classical ballet stresses placement, theory, terminology and technique (eclectic - primarily Russian). Appropriate dance apparel is required in all ballet and pointe classes. Girls wear black camisole leotard, ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers (split sole for age 7), and hair in a bun.
