Express Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body using your body weight, resistance bands and light hand weights. It will get your heart-pounding utilizing fat-burning cardio, mixed in with various Pilates and Pilates-inspired exercises. Using repetitive exercises to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. Come ready with a mat, mat towel, hand towel, and LOTS of water! All levels welcome!
