
Online Vinyasa
The fastest paced class, Vinyasa links breath with movement. A variation of Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa classes sequence a variety of poses in a flowing movement that cultivates balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Instructors will build sequences and then allow you to flow on your own moving at a pace of 1 breath per movement. Catered towards a somewhat experienced yogi, this class will challenge your breath and build physical endurance. Recommended for students who have attended at least 3-5 yoga classes. However, all our teachers are very supportive and will help guide you through a wonderful experience on the mat. For practicing at home in online classes, we highly recommend investing in a set of props including two yoga blocks, a blanket, and yoga strap.
