Lyndsay is a life long Cincinnati-er. Born and raised in Mason, she attended college at The University of Dayton and settled into a home in Anderson 4 years ago. After obtaining a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Fitness Management, she began working with group fitness and personal training in the corporate realm. Fast forward 8 years and she discovered OTF. Currently, Lyndsay coaches at OTF, as well as coaching children in fitness and soccer. Lyndsay's favorite saying is "How bad do you want this?" and she loves experiencing the fitness journey with all people regardless of current fitness level.
