Learn the fundamentals of strength, coordination, and balance needed to handstand through floor techniques, core conditioning, and wall drills. Uncover your truest potential in handstands and hand balance in a safe, fun, and effective manner. Not familiar with hand balance? It is a circus art that begins with handstand as a baseline, developing higher level techniques. You will learn to incorporate handstand blocks, canes, and other contortion artistic movement, such as hollowback handstand, press handstand, and one arm handstand.
