S.E.A.T (Supported Exercise for Ageless Training) is a chair-based fitness program that strengthens the body and mind, while improving balance and flexibility through functional fitness to get the most out of life. This 45-minute class is a full-body, low-impact program that is inclusive and accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability. Participants will have a fabulous time enjoying great music, while developing muscular endurance, joint stability, flexibility, balance, increase synovial fluid to joints and allowing them to move in all planes of movement.
