Harvest Gratitude Gentle Yin Workshop w Reiki
The vibration of gratitude invites continued abundance. Join Reiki Master Sara Burns for this fall-themed gratitude workshop. After a guided meditation, we’ll move into a journaling exercise to express our gratitude. From there, gentle Yin Yoga poses (fully supported with props and practiced on the mat) will be complemented with periodic personal Reiki energy work. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full-hearted. Yoga practice will conclude at 12:45 with optional tea time in the lobby or on the deck with optional additional journaling exercise. As always, leave with a special parting gift.
