BEYOND HOT 90 (AKA Bikram Yoga, the original Hot Yoga) is a dynamic and exhilarating routine of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayama) practiced in the calm and detoxifying environment of a heated studio. The heat allows you to work deep into muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, organs, and every cell of the body, to heal from the inside out.
