A moderately paced Vinyasa class, linking breath to movement. Beginner friendly, but geared to expand any practice! Each posture delicately builds on the last. Fantastic for opening hips, and unlocking the mind. Profoundly improves mind-body connection, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Each class is adapted from the Science of Self 2 hour Master Class, which masterfully connects yoga postures, acupressure points, and energy lines. The sequencing style is referential of Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Dharma Yoga, as well as the unique influence each teacher brings to class. The room is gently heated with infrared panels.
