This class is based off of the official SOMA Breath Breathfit course by Niraj Naik and we will focus on Breath for Health. You will learn simple daily practices to improve your Breath Health and therefore increase physical well being while decreasing stress. You do not need to have a particular concern to attend, these practices are protective against future disease as well.
