Teen/Adult (14 years+) Tailored for teens and adults, this progressive and personalized curriculum will put swimmers on a clear track towards their individualized swimming goals. New swimmers gain confidence in the water as they focus on water comfort, submersion, and the basics of the freestyle stroke. For those swimmers comfortable in the water, a focus on stroke mechanics and technique will gain confidence and ability to swim longer distances and begin to utilize swimming as a life-long sport. Enrollees are only allowed to enroll in one class per session.
