Start your Sunday with a grounding, feel-good Slow Flow designed to ease you into the day. This class moves at an unhurried pace, linking breath with gentle, intentional movement to build strength, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Expect mindful transitions, accessible poses, and time to stretch and reset. All levels are welcome—perfect for beginners or anyone craving a softer, steady practice to begin the week. This class is offered via live stream. As this is a soft launch, occasional technical difficulties may arise—if so, you’ll be moved into a future live stream class. Please note that replays are not available. Class sign-ups remain open until 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. However, if there is not at least one person signed up one hour before class begins, the class will be canceled. This policy helps respect the instructor’s time, energy, and class preparation. Please also be sure to check that a regularly scheduled class is still being offered. On rare occasions, a routine class may not take place due to scheduling conflicts or personal matters.
