Our comprehensive and dynamic workout formulated on classic Pilates principles combo'd with modern Pilates and athletic exercises. Strengthen muscles, connect to your core and improve your mind-body focus in this total body workout. Expect an athletic flow on the reformer, use of weights, bands and other props to leave you feeling strong and accomplished. All Levels. Serious injuries or prenatal after 12 weeks are required to consult with the studio before signing up for classes. Grip socks are required and sold in studio.
