All levels slow flow- bring a mat, water, and any props you may use in your personal practice (blocks, bolster, blanket, strap, etc.). Located at C3 Dance studio in the Wilton Mall: These classes will begin before the mall opens for the day. Attendees will need to enter via the Sheriff’s entrance behind Dick’s on the northeast side of the mall. There will be a sign for Continuous Evolution Yoga Classes near a green double door which will be unlocked. The hallway will lead you into the mall directly across from the studio.
