APEX 1 is a high-intensity, low impact, resistance training class. This is a set sequence to help you build your skills and cultivate deep core strength and long, lean musculature. Expect a vibrant atmosphere, bumpin' beats and a full-body shake. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.
