A monthly educational workshop exploring individual herbs and plant allies, their traditional uses, and how they support the body, mind and spirit. Each session covers: historical and traditional uses, physical and emotional support, energetic qualities, safety and contraindications, how herbs are commonly worked with in daily life. This is a learning experience - no making required - designed to build confidence, connection, and respect for plant medicine.
