A 60 minute restorative class that offers deep rest and a full body release, using a combination of restorative poses [gentle relaxing yoga sequences], guided meditation and "thai massage" hands on assists. Examples would be gentle palm presses the limbs using pressure points, massage and assisted stretching elements. A beginner friendly class.
