Equipment: -> Exercise Mat -> Dumbbell (Light 8lb - 12lb, Medium 12lbs - 15lbs, Heavy 15lbs- 25lbs) -> Kettlebell (Light 4kg - 10kg, Medium 12kg - 16kg, Heavy 20kg - 28kg) -> Booty Band (optional)
