Slow Flow - All Levels
This class offers mindful movement and postures linked together in a steady, comfortable flow. With breath as the anchor, we slow down and move with intention, allowing space to fully experience each shape. Expect a mix of gentle, flowing sequences and longer holds or still moments designed to deepen awareness of both body and breath. This offering will help you feel calm, grounded, and nourished. This is an All Levels class which is welcoming to any and all students no matter what level of experience you have with practicing yoga.
