This class is for people that have never worked out before and seniors over 65 years olds. We will work all upper body muscles groups to improve posture and upper body strength. This will improve your quality of life by making it easier to move, balance, and reduce risk of falls. As long as you have the will we have the way to modify all exercises so that you can get stronger without getting injured.
