Remote Fit and Flow

Fit and Flow combines vinyasa and power yoga to build heat and strength. This class will focus on toning and building muscle while lengthening and creating space in the body. Using a combination of warming and cooling breath work, this class offers a total body workout followed by a cool down period of relaxation.
