Activity Description:This Karate class introduces youth ages 5 - 12 to the traditional Shuri Rin style of Karate in a supportive and engaging environment. Designed for both new and intermediate students, the class covers essential skills in forms, sparring, and basic weapon techniques. Emphasis is placed on developing discipline, self-confidence, and respect through guided practice. In addition to physical skills, students will learn conflict resolution techniques, empowering them to handle challenges in a positive and peaceful way. Through structured lessons, this program encourages personal growth and the development of focus, coordination, and resilience.
