Join us a Freed Community Center for light exercise that will burn fat and improve your cardiovascular endurance. The program is designed to safely enhance health for adults that enjoy walking and social comaraderie. The program is held MON/WED/FRI from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Freed Community Center, 6818 Shadyvilla Ln, Houston, TX 77055. Center is closed on all national holidays.
